Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Subscription Service Model (£100 per month)

Vodanova Services UK provides a recurring water purification subscription service for residential properties across the United Kingdom at a fixed monthly fee of £100. This subscription covers the provision, non-invasive installation, continuous performance monitoring, and routine cartridge replacements of the water purification unit ("the Equipment").

2. Equipment Ownership & White-Label Provision

All purification hardware supplied under this subscription remains the exclusive property of Vodanova Services UK during the subscription term. The customer does not purchase or own the Equipment outright unless exercised under the Loyalty Upgrade Scheme upon direct purchase completion. The Equipment is provided under a White-Label arrangement; specific manufacturer technical drawings or proprietary internal specifications are protected intellectual property and remain confidential.

3. Installation & Non-Invasive Adapter Guarantee

Our certified technicians connect the Equipment to existing kitchen tap plumbing using safe, reversible non-invasive adapters. We do not cut pipes or drill countertops unless explicitly requested in writing by property owners. For tenants and renters, the installation is fully reversible upon termination of service.

4. Loyalty Upgrade Scheme

Subscribers earn a 1% cumulative discount credit for each consecutive month of active paid subscription, up to a maximum cap of 20%. This credit is non-transferable and holds cash value solely as a direct discount toward purchasing our next-generation UV-C LED water purification system upon request.

5. Termination & Cancellation

Subscribers may terminate their monthly service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, our technician will schedule a convenient time to safely disconnect and retrieve the Equipment without damage to existing kitchen plumbing.
