1. White-Label Service Model

Vodanova Services UK operates as an independent UK water purification service provider utilizing high-resource, certified White-Label hardware and multi-stage filtration cartridges ("the Equipment"). Our offerings are delivered under our own brand identity (Vodanova Services UK) as a complete, managed residential service.

2. Confidentiality of Manufacturer Source

In accordance with standard White-Label and OEM distribution agreements, the underlying manufacturer brand names, factory source codes, and proprietary engineering blueprints of our filtration devices are trade secrets and confidential business information. We warrant that all Equipment installed meets or exceeds stringent UK drinking water standards and NSF/ANSI equivalent contaminant reduction metrics.

3. Subscription Equipment Terms

When you subscribe at £100 per month, you are contracting for an end-to-end water purification service. The fixed monthly rate covers non-invasive installation, continuous operational monitoring, routine scheduled filter cartridge replacements, and full warranty coverage. All servicing must be performed exclusively by authorized Vodanova technicians.
